About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Systems Architect/Developer who will be responsible for integrating and maintaining our Learning Management Systems (LMS) with various external HR systems, data warehouses, and CRMs. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software development, system integration, and a deep understanding of LMS platforms, particularly Docebo. Experience with Salesforce, Workday, and BigQuery is highly preferred. This role involves close collaboration with our reporting team to ensure seamless data flow for analytics and reporting purposes, particularly for Tableau integration.

What You Will Do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain connectors between our LMS (primarily Docebo) and external systems such as HR systems, data warehouses, and CRMs.

  • Implement data synchronization processes to ensure accurate and real-time data flow between systems.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data integration and system connectivity.

  • Collaborate closely with the reporting team to understand data requirements and provide structured data views suitable for Tableau reporting.

  • Optimize data pipelines for efficiency and scalability.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices related to LMS integration, data warehousing, and CRM connectivity.

  • Document technical designs, processes, and procedures related to system integration and data management.

What You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.

  • Proven experience (X years) in developing and maintaining connectors/integrations for Learning Management Systems, preferably with Docebo.

  • Strong proficiency in working with APIs, web services, and data formats (e.g., JSON, XML).

  • Experience with integration platforms such as Zapier, Integromat, or custom API integrations.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), HR systems (Workday preferred), and data warehousing solutions (BigQuery preferred).

  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues related to system integration.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in creating and optimizing data views for reporting tools such as Tableau.

What Gives You an Edge:

  • Certifications or specialized training in LMS administration or system integration.

  • Prior experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

  • Familiarity with SQL or other query languages for data manipulation.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

This position has an annual estimated salary of $117,700 - $138,240, an annual bonus, and a competitive equity package.
