This role is with Kodiak Solutions, Crowe's Healthcare Consulting business that is now its own standalone company. Read more about the Healthcare practice's impressive story and Kodiak below! At Kodiak you have the opportunity to deliver innovative solutions to today's complex business issues facing the Healthcare industry. Kodiak personnel are widely recognized for their in-depth Healthcare expertise and application of data and technology to simplify the business of Healthcare for thousands of hospitals nationwide. Seeking an individual with at least a) general accounting and reporting concepts knowledge, b) strong data manipulation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and c) a desire to thrive in the hospital consulting environment. Responsibilities include support for the respective growth in our technology and consulting solution, Crowe Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare, to include Crowe Automated Reconciliation for Healthcare Implementations and related Services, Front-end Reconciliation Consulting, and Remote Assistance Consulting. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. CPA, a plus. Must be familiar with fundamental concepts related to general accounting and reporting. 1-2 years finance or accounting experience. Healthcare experience, such as patient accounting system and cash posting workflow knowledge, a plus. Strong Microsoft Excel skills a must. Should be experienced working with large complex data sets, writing Microsoft Excel formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP and INDEXMATCH), and large data file manipulation. Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must have attention to detail and ability to work independently through work steps with individual time management and prioritization within a team-oriented environment. Requires strong written and verbal communication including effective presentation skills. Must have a solid reputation and references.
