Intern- Consumer Marketing Requisition ID 2024-52736 Category Marketing Overview The Consumer Marketing Intern assists with departmental tasks, ad-hoc requests, and is actively involved with unit or organization-wide projects. The Intern work closely with NCH staff and leaders to develop marketing plans, manage projects, write, edit and provide event, video and campaign support. Hours: Hours can vary week to week. Responsibilities * Attends meetings and sends meeting notes. * Develops and implements marketing plans and coordinates approvals. * Updates existing marketing materials and creates new materials * Conducts interviews, then compiles and edits materials. * Interacts with various leaders and teams essential to collaborate with to complete projects and tasks. Note: Regular, reliable, and consistent attendance is an essential job function. Employees are expected to perform work as scheduled. Qualifications Education Requirement: * High school graduate, required. * Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate accredited university. 3.4 accumulative GPA, required. * Rising junior or senior actively pursuing degree in marketing, communications, integrated marketing, mass media, media relations, advertising, creative writing or hospital administration, preferred. Skills: * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software. * Strong written and oral communications. * Ability to work within teams and maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment that often requires management and completion of multiple tasks. * Displays a positive presence and interacts with all levels of staff, outside vendors, consultants, and physicians.
