Summary:

Incentive Sales Support Senior is responsible for the management and coordination of sales incentive administration, implementation and risk management controls for CRB incentives.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer incentive plans for multiple CRB segments, providing plan interpretation, reporting, sales adjustments, plan documents, acknowledgements and monitoring compliance with plan guidelines

  • Coordinate and administer incentive calculations and risk processes in support of accurate incentive payouts

  • Support annual planning and other projects with analysis, modeling and implementation of incentive administrative changes

  • Liaison for effective implementation of incentive plan changes with L3 leaders and segment managers to support communication of new plans with teams and colleagues

  • Drive effectiveness of sales behaviors and processes through incentive risk controls and risk management oversight functions

  • Support segment L3 leaders and business segment support on training, presentations, colleague inquires, reporting and other sales process activities

  • Coordinate and administer goal allocation and goal maintenance for segments to drive metric performance for OCR/revenue growth, productivity, service, quality, leadership and other behaviors

  • Manage and coordinate incentive automation by performing business requirements, user acceptance testing, production validation and risk controls

  • May be responsible for supervising less experienced colleagues

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of related experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Clear and accurate communications (both verbal and written) that is appropriate for intended audience(s), including the ability

  • to effectively communicate complex issues

  • Ability to participate in and foster a teamwork environment

  • Strong skills with excel for data and analysis

  • Ability to learn new technology/systems

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills

  • Organized and detail oriented
