We are looking for highly skilled field engineers who can support a very large Health System with over 10K users. They will be maintaining all of the telephony hardware. The environment is very fast paced and demanding. Position also works with engineers and architects to identify, troubleshoot and solve problems to improve customer satisfaction while providing support documentation and knowledge used by the Technology Services and Support Department. The is a technical position with required skill sets to include knowledge of wireless network topologies, calibration of the RTLS environment and support and maintenance of tags. This role involves a mix of physical and desk-based tasks, with a significant portion of time spent on your feet tagging equipment and integrating devices.
