SOC LLC HRIS Analyst - Columbus, OH Information Technology in Columbus, Ohio

HRIS Analyst - Columbus, OH Seeking a HRIS Analyst for a short term contract with SOC's client to work in Columbus, OH. As a HRIS Analyst you will provide technical and functional administrator expertise for HR systems which includes design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, reporting and training. Partners with internal and external stakeholders on HR system usage, functionality, data requirements and design for process improvement. Troubleshoots and resolves HR system issues. Provides HR system support and solutions to include design, development, testing, maintenance, reporting and integration. Develops ad hoc reports to support data requests from internal clients. Responsibilities: Provides technical assistance to end users of HR systems and other HR database solutions. Monitors adherence to data management procedures. Communicates effectively with HR, IT and management staff to identify problems, resolve inquires, and derive appropriate system and/or process solutions. Identifies, develops and delivers HR system training to meet the needs of end users. Defining system solutions, automation of work processes and implementation of cloud based systems. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills, planning and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks against tight deadlines, maintain highly confidential and sensitive information. Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology or business administration; 2 (two) years of experience in a professional human resources capacity; or an equivalent combination of education and or experience in a related field. Experience with HR Systems required; such as SAP/SuccessFactors, ADP Enterprise, Workday, or similar Core HR/Payroll system, Cornerstone on Demand or other Talent Management System, Applicant Tracking System, and Report writing tools. Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Excel and Access. Must have demonstrated ability to successfully establish effective interpersonal relationships with a variety of management and staff and work independently toward project deliverables. Maintains expert user knowledge HR system solutions and develops an understanding of the underlying data structure.
