The Credit Risk Governance team is a global center of excellence with underwriting, technology, innovation, risk policy and quality assurance responsibilities. The governance team works in conjunction with senior leaders in Lending Solutions, Capital Markets, Underwriting, Credit Middle Office and Credit Risk to provide global solutions for a diverse portfolio of products and collateral types.

Job summary

As a Wealth Management Credit Risk, Business Transformation VP in our Credit Risk Governance team, you will be a forward-thinking team member with a focus on people, processes, controls, and technology within Risk. You will work closely with our Business Transformation team, supporting the agenda to streamline, standardize, and automate key processes to promote efficient process execution and convergence to strategic state solution. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work extensively with Business, Wholesale Credit Risk/Policy and Technology stakeholders across Wealth Management and Wholesale Credit, providing you with a diverse and dynamic work environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Supporting a team focusing on Innovation and Technology

  • Partner with Wholesale Credit Technology and Transformation to focus on innovative solutions for Custom Credit. In doing so, resolve diverse problems identified by senior management across Wealth Management Custom Credit Delivery promoting consistency, increasing data quality, and improving delivery times.

  • Support Credit and Investment Risk Project Management initiatives through creation and execution of strategic vision for high-level initiatives, structuring the project into key workstreams and managing resources across each work stream.

  • Supporting Custom Product Manager for end-to-end lending workflow technology build, including credit visibility and methodology for risk analytic solutions.

  • Assist in influencing internal stakeholders on key business decisions and change efforts-developing strong, trusted advisor relationships with key partners to drive consensus on business requirements.

  • Support initiatives from ideation to implementation by partnering with a variety of risk technology, lending, and analytics, teams to turn business requirements into innovative solutions.

  • Synthesize key insights, complex analyses, and overall strategy into clear and precise presentations and communicate the goals and objectives to senior executive level audience; Work closely with the organization's senior management to both make decisions about priorities and determine overall team strategy.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 + years of Subject matter expertise in credit risk

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

  • Active listening, organized, inquisitive skills

  • Strong process streamlining through reporting, technology, and analytics.

  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication
