Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for a Customer Service Tier I Support for our Columbus, OH location. Responsibilities Our Customer Service Tier 1 Support role serves as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email. The primary responsibilities will include answering incoming calls, problem solving, providing invoice and statements copies. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Proven customer support experience Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. (Minimum 1 year) Comfortable with handling high call volume. Customer service oriented with the ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner. Excellent time management skills. Ability to accurately document detailed notes. Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office including Word, Teams, and Outlook. Have daily access to dependable transportation. Additional Information This is a Monday- Friday role with hours between 8:00am-6pm. ( 40 hours per week) This role will be hybrid after initial training. Our hybrid schedule is typically 3 days in the office and 2 days from remote.
