Our client, in the aviation industry, is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to join their team.

Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Location: Columbus, OH

Pay Range: $24/hr

What’s the Job?

• Provide project coordination and administrative support for corporate real estate units

• Assist in developing standardized project templates, including budget tracking and RFPs

• Process invoices and obtain required approvals

• Organize project documentation and maintain file structures

• Create and update reports, schedule meetings, and distribute minutes/action items

• Support special projects such as facility moves and rebranding

• Compile and distribute weekly project updates and photos

• Manage project closeout deliverables

What’s Needed?

• High School diploma or G.E.D.

• Minimum 2 years of related experience in a similar role

• Experience with a construction company or corporate real estate department (preferred)
