As a Commercial Data Engineer, you will build integrations and orchestrate data pipelines that support data warehouses for our business. You will lead technical strategy discussions regarding data architecture and modeling for master data and build a 360-degree customer vision. Your solutions will need to be trustworthy, scalable, and efficient. Key Responsibilities: Develop a profound understanding of the data within our customer segments and functions, becoming a domain expert and effective leader who can bring it all together. Database design, modeling, integration, warehousing, and democratization of data leveraging cloud technologies such as Azure and Snowflake. Utilize databases, files, and unstructured data to identify, transport, and quality test data necessary for daily and incremental loads. Innovate and maintain cutting-edge ETL pipelines with SQL or Python and DataBricks. Hands-on experience with SAP or SAP Analytics Cloud, Salesforce.com, and visualization/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python. Understand core financial and commercial business processes in the pharmaceutical industry, spanning order to cash, procure to pay, finance, and master data functions. Lead projects to integrate complex data across disparate systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Uphold the highest standards of data governance and compliance using MDM frameworks or tools. Additional Skills: 5+ years of relevant data engineering experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to complex technical issues. Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related field. Cloud Certification and a strong background in leading cloud platforms and technologies. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
