Job Description

* Elicit current state processes and requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.

* Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high level information into details.

* Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional and non-functional specifications including but not limited to business processes, develop GAP analysis, create inventory of data interfaces, inputs/outputs, develop demo and test scripts as per each individual project requires.

* Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute their plans.

* Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

* Act as liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.

* Report status and issues to the Project Manager.

* Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.

* Other duties as assigned.

* Some travel may be required (max 20%).

Skills and Requirements

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

* Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio).

* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and draw actionable insights.

* Organization and Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

* Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.

* Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

* Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in an atmosphere of ambiguity.

* Software Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Acumatica, UKG)

* Experience in enterprise-wide projects

* Experience managing multiple projects with multiple clients

* Ability to research, formulate, and implement solutions where required.

* Proficient in MS Office

* Certifications: Professional certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.

Salary Range: 75,000-100,000 - null
