We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing a variety of electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Electrical Systems (45%): Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install up to 480V, 3-phase power systems for equipment, PLCs, VFDs, and Eddy current drives.

• Motor Controls & Combustion Systems (20%): Maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and install A/C and D/C motor controls and combustion systems. This includes working with pumps, motor gearbox assemblies, conveyors, and other related equipment.

• Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Mechanical Systems (20%): Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical drive systems.

• PLC Programming (15%): Program and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic.

Responsibilities

A position is available requiring a BS Degree in Electronic Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in systems controls and PLC programming within an industrial environment, and 7 years' experience in industrial maintenance. Additionally, 3 years of team leadership experience is needed.

Key Qualifications:

• Maintenance Knowledge: Proficient in maintaining conveyors, sortation systems, and robotics within an IACS network; familiarity with stamping presses preferred.

• Technical Skills: Expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Software Proficiency: Skilled in Rockwell's RSLogix 500 & 5000, FactoryTalk Suite Platform, Studio 5000, AutomationDirect's software, AutoCAD, and FANUC robotics.

• Safety Compliance: strong understanding of NFPA 70E, NFPA 70 (NEC), and OSHA standards.

• Lean Tools: Experience in using Lean tools and Root Cause Analysis for solving equipment issues.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs
