What does the ROLE entail?

  • Responsible for assisting in the oversight of the hotel food and beverage outlets including the Bar, Restaurant, and Coffee Bar

  • Support, motivate, and coach a team of more than 10 colleagues to reflect Hyatt Service standards and procedures

  • Ensure excellent guest service, including service recovery

  • Demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge

  • Maintain excellent communication and coordination with all hotel departments

  • Liaison between our culinary team and front of house operations

  • Ensure all operations are done per policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Your EXPERIENCE and qualifications:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and coach a team

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel food and beverage management or equivalent

  • Strong and concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Unafraid of food and beverage related tasks, projects and responsibilities

  • Must possess excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service

  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge

  • Must be available to work first and second shift, including weekends and holidays
