Job Description FLSA: Exempt Position Summary Analyst on the Supply Chain Data & Analytics team at ICU Medical using advanced Excel skills. Excel is the focus of this role, and advanced skills must be evident and demonstrated. Run deep analysis and create reports. Use Excel to work with large and diverse data sets which will be used to influence leaders, improve Supply Chain efficiency, decrease Supply Chain spend, and improve customer satisfaction. Support data analyses needed by the ICU Medical Supply Chain organization, including Customer Excellence, Demand & Supply Planning, Logistics, Procurement, and Supply Chain Strategy. You will report to the Senior Manager, Supply Chain Data & Analytics, with oversight by Senior Analysts in the team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Analytics * Execute long-term Supply Chain analyses and manually-generated recurring reporting in a timely manner with high quality and minimal oversight. Using Excel. * Participate in analyses-related discussions to capture discussion takeaways and make corresponding updates to the analyses. * As needed, support Senior Analysts to enhance existing Supply Chain analyses and reports based on provided direction. * As needed, partner with Business Intelligence (BI) team to transfer manual report generation knowledge in support of development of standardized dashboards within ICU Medical's suite of reporting tools. After subsequent BI team development, test output against manual reporting results to ensure continuity, accuracy and quality of data. * As needed, support Senior Analysts in strategic short-term analysis requests with data extraction from Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE) and data cleaning based on provided direction. Knowledge & Skills * Advanced Excel skills are required. Demonstrated analysis skills. * Ability to quickly get up to speed and take over ownership of analyses and reports; open to change and comfortable with the challenge of tackling unfamiliar tasks and tools. * Strong analytical skills: ability to generate assigned analyses and reports in a timely manner and with high quality. Show analysis and reporting on the resume and be able to speak to analysis using Excel. * Detail-oriented: High attention to accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness. * Autonomous: Comfortable operating independently and executing against communicated instructions on a repeated basis without significant oversight or managerial intervention. * Intellectually Curious: Desire to learn different aspects of the business processes and operations across functions in order to understand the meaning, implications and applications of the data being analyzed. * Informing: Proactively provides timely information to Sr. Analysts, Manager and others to enable them to make accurate decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must. * Collaborative: Ability to build relationships and work with others in the team to meet shared objectives. * Time Management: Uses time effectively and efficiently to deliver against differing priorities on time, can attend to a broad range of tasks and activities. * Organizing: Arranges information and files in a useful manner.
