CAS is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for Consulting Services under CAS IP Services. This position will be located in our headquarters in Columbus, Ohio. Job Accountabilities: Provides administrative assistance and coordinates special projects for an assigned manager Researches and/or coordinates moderately complex administrative assignments Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties Contacts staff at all organizational levels to gather information as requested Prepares internal and external correspondence, reports, memos and screens calls. Handles invoices and reconciles budgets Coordinates meetings, events, travel arrangements, meeting materials and room setup (e.g. order refreshments, copy meeting materials, etc.) Decision making guided by general instructions and practices requiring interpretation. Makes recommendations to solve problems Anticipates manager/department needs such that workflows are not interrupted. Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Minimum of 7 years' experience; demonstrates intermediate knowledge/skills in a technical or administrative specialty General understanding of own work and how it impacts the Division and the company as a whole Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to research, interpret and analyze information Organizational and planning skills; interpersonal and time management skills Exercises discretion when handling confidential matters Demonstrated proficiency of computer software skills Demonstrates proficiency with computer applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web-based travel and expense systems) Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills CAS offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including a generous vacation plan, medical, dental, vision insurance plans, and employee savings and retirement plans.
