Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in the construction industry based in Columbus, Ohio. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and assisting with administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering invoice data into the system

• Assisting with the preparation of new permanent paperwork for payroll processing

• Providing support with reporting tasks

• Assisting with filing and other clerical tasks

• Maintaining basic Accounts Payable (AP) functions

  Requirements

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) processes

• Ability to perform Data Entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills
