We're looking for dedicated Paraeducators to support students throughout the academic year. Positions are available on a 9-month work calendar offering both full-time and part-time opportunities with a pay range of $15.71-16.46/hour. Full-time employees enjoy benefits including health/dental coverage, long-term disability and life insurance. All positions include paid leave based on your work assignment.

Responsibilities of the Paraeducator:

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing educational programs and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed.
• Monitor student progress and behavior reporting observations to teachers.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Support students with special needs and accommodations as required.

Qualifications for the paraeducator position:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in education or working with children preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with teachers and staff.
• Patience, empathy and a passion for working with students.
