Summary:

This is a job that will help support our efforts to implement modern technology into our industrial clients. We want to improve our clients experience by increase our support staff that can help assist them from quotation to solution delivery and everything in between.

Reports to: Profit Center Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Must have a valid driver's license

  • Basic computer skills

  • Excellent attendance record

  • Ability to work overtime as needed

  • Ability to operate and maneuver warehouse equipment, including, but not limited to, pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts, in the manner necessary to move materials and consistent with manufacturers’ instructions and safety instructions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer service or sales experience

  • Microsoft Office Excel experience

  • Microsoft Outlook experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of basic warehouse procedures

  • Knowledge of processes for receiving, selecting, packing, and shipping

Working Conditions:

Heated and air conditioned office space. We are open 7am - 4:30pm, no weekends, no holidays. Professional and casual environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

  • Support and back up inside sales reps with various tasks including customer requests & quotations, sales, and ordering, and creating sales registers

  • Work with management to determine customer-pricing structure.

  • Update customers on order expectations and manage project delivery

  • Purchasing

  • Assist with walk-in and call-in customers

  • Prepare outbound shipments including assembling orders, creating shipping documents, and confirming deliveries.

  • Build relationships with customers you work with to gain additional business insights.

  • Process UPS shipments including: verifying that the merchandise to be shipped is correct, applying the correct UPS postage tape, following customer shipping instructions and insuring the shipment when necessary.

  • Perform miscellaneous clerical duties

  • Operate and maneuver warehouse equipment and any material(s) contained thereon in the manner

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $48000 to $55000 annually.
