Responsibilities: You'll be responsible for set up, repair, service, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and installation of replacement parts on Caterpillar diesel-powered construction equipment. While you'll work independently for the most part, there are also service mentors who will provide guidance as needed.Interpret and analyze mechanical, hydraulic, and electric schematics and wiring diagrams.Provide high quality repair service on equipment engines.Serve customers' needs in a positive, safe, and timely manner.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Diesel engine, construction equipment, and/or truck engine training through an accredited technical school OR relevant military experience preferred.5+ years of previous hands-on relevant experience with CAT equipment or similar industrial equipment and/or industrial engines. 5+ years of experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting diesel-powered construction equipment or truck engines.Can work five-day work schedules and availability to work overtime or weekend hours as required.Owns a complete set of basic mechanical hand tools (drives, sockets, and wrenches).Possess and maintain a current, valid state drivers' license.
