Job Title: Production Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Group Leader/Supervisor to oversee our employees and ensure our production department runs smoothly. The successful candidate will plan production operations, prepare operational schedules, ensure the quality of products meets specifications, and resolve operational issues. You will inspect equipment for optimal performance and utilization, and develop or revise standard operational and working practices. Additionally, you will supervise and coordinate employees' activities, including training, planning, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, and resolving problems.
Responsibilities
Oversee production team ensuring the smooth running of the production department
Direct and coordinate activities to process materials and manufacture products
Plan production operations and prepare operational schedules
Ensure product quality meets specifications
Resolve operational issues and inspect machines for optimal performance
Develop or revise standard operational and working practices
Supervise and coordinate employees' activities including training, planning, assigning, and directing work
Appraise employee performance and resolve problems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate's degree
Safety and production supervision knowledge
Manufacturing industry experience
Leadership development skills
Continuous improvement and lean manufacturing experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
At six months of active service, employees receive a $550.00 bonus.
Insurance begins at the start of the month following full-time date of hire (DOH).
HSA & PPO plans are offered.
Personal day earning based on quarterly perfect attendance.
401K with matching 50% (up to 6% max).
Company-paid life insurance.
Company-paid short-term disability.
Company-paid uniforms.
