Columbus Regional Hospital Building Information Modeling (BIM) Coordinator in Columbus, Indiana

  • The BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator will be the resident keeper of accurate as-built and contemporary information regarding any Columbus Regional Hospital / Health entities’ facilities.

  • This position will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and integrity of the electronic building model, identified as the source of truth, to describe physical assets, building and system configurations, layouts, and features.

  • The BIM Coordinator will oversee the information, aiding in the life-cycle management of all system buildings and facilities components.

  • This position will also provide BIM (Building Information Modeling) related support and oversight of designers and contractors that may develop, change, or influence any part of a building related to construction activities.

  • This position will provide day to day support and information to Facilities Management and Facilities Engineering teams related to the building, contained equipment assets and management reports necessary to maintain regulatory compliance. The information will be used to aid in troubleshooting problems and sourcing parts and service in order for the full life-cycle of our assets to be obtained.

  • The base hourly rate for this position is $32.28 annualized to $64,883. Individual compensation is determined for this position through years of directly relevant experience. The hourly compensation is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.

  • This position will require you to work 7:00AM-3:30PM, Monday through Friday, with partial remote eligibility.

    What is required for this position:

    Education and/or Experience

  • Associates degree in computer aided drafting, construction management, architecture or engineering with 3+ years of experience in the implementation of BIM technology and systems required.

    Certifications, Licenses, Registrations

  • Certificates related to BIM abilities and competencies are preferred.
