Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Contract through Jan/Feb 2025 Must Have:

• Basic knowledge of sourcing principals, indirect procurement, supplier analysis, RFP and primary and secondary research methods

• Understanding of financial/cost analyses, business case development, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and decision modeling

• Excellent presentation, oral, written, and interpersonal communication and team facilitation skills to effectively interact and negotiate with senior management, internal and external customers, and suppliers

Responsibilities

• Assists with category strategy by leveraging spend analytics and supplier research; captures and reports supplier spend, spend under management, and maverick spend

• Expected to update Ariba's contract management module with fully executed contracts (Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, Non-disclosure agreements) and other contractually obligating documents while maintaining accuracy.

• Assists in the assessment of primary and secondary research, competitive analysis, supplier analysis, and industry best practices.

• Responsible for listening to value propositions from potential suppliers and assessing if the proposed solution is a fit

• Coordinates meetings and discussions with potential suppliers
