Trainee / Helper for Window Installations

Do you want to learn a trade? Can you read a tape measure? Have you helped on construction sites?

We have plenty of consistent non-seasonal, year-round work.

Were looking for a person that has the ability to be trained, can take direction and show up willing to work.

The right person will be helping us install windows and possibly our other products as well like gutters, roofing, siding and more.

You will learn carpentry skills and so much more along the way.

This is a wonderful opportunity to get paid and learn at the same time.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• Willingness to Learn
• Strong work ethic, outstanding attendance record, and commitment to excellence
• Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues.
• Some experience around tools (tape measure, drill, etc.)
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds
• Valid Drivers License and ability to pass a background check

PAY

• Hourly then to a percentage of the job once trained
• Paid bi-weekly. This is a W2 position.

Schedule:

• Is usually Monday - Friday, Some Saturday work may come up depending on customer scheduling.
• Most of our crews start work between 7 - 7:30am
