Robert Half is hiring for a Systems Engineer. This role is located in Columbia, South Carolina and involves the administration of network and cloud infrastructure, Microsoft related technologies, and system alerts.

Responsibilities:

• Administering WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls and security

• Managing cloud and network infrastructure

• Overseeing Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune

• Handling remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications

• Documenting changes and procedures in a systematic manner

• Creating, scheduling, and monitoring system backups

• Administering Windows Desktop and Server environments

• Managing Entra/Azure/Intune environments

• Overseeing administration of Cisco/Meraki environments

• Conducting periodic reviews of the infrastructure and proposing upgrades as appropriate

• Maintaining infrastructure in accordance with industry best practices and standards.

Requirements • Proficiency in Cisco Technologies is crucial for this role.

• Experience with Citrix Technologies is required.

• Familiarity with Database management is essential.

• Knowledge of Dell Technologies is required.

• Expertise in EO/IR systems is needed.

• Experience with AB Testing is a must-have.

• Proficiency in Active Directory is expected.

• Knowledge of Backup Technologies is required.

• Familiarity with Computer Hardware is necessary.

• Experience in Configuration Management is crucial.
