Pay: $14.00/hr

Part Time Position

Shift: Monday-Friday; 5:00pm- 10:00pm

Summary of duties for the Floor Tech: 

Must have at least 2 years experience in Floor Work Stripping, Waxing and Carpet Cleaning.

• Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule.

• The Floor Tech has knowledge of floor care cleaning techniques.

• Ability to use floor care equipment correctly and safely.

• Attention to detail and organization.

• The Floor Tech has strong communication and customer service orientation

• . Burnishing

• The Floor Tech has good experience with care of equipment and techniques.

• Spray buffing.

• Spray cleaning.

• Dependable Transportation

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
