One of our clients has a brand-new opportunity for a Desktop Technician to join their team onsite in Columbia, SC.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform, document, and maintain equipment install, move, add, and change at the request of the client

• Document efforts, issues and resolutions, close cases / tickets daily

• Inventory equipment on a bi-weekly basis

• Coordinating with the designated client contact

• Ordering and tracking parts

• Updating and closing the incident
