As a Full-Time Application Support Engineer at SC State Credit Union, you will be immersed in a fast-paced environment where your daily contributions matter. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring application performance, troubleshooting, and administration of server-based applications. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement enhancements that improve user experience and operational efficiency. Expect to engage with various software applications, resolving technical issues, and documenting solutions to build a robust knowledge base. Other duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Create and maintain concise and relevant systems documentation
  • Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing
  • Communicate with vendors to obtain information and resolve problems when appropriate.
  • Provide front-end support to end users as requested
