Starting Salary: $22.52 per hour, Commensurate with training and experience

The purpose of this job is to be a visible presence in City parks and trails with a goal of providing safety and security to all visitors. Performs law enforcement work involving prevention, detection, and investigation of criminal acts, apprehension and arrest of law violators, and safeguarding of lives and property.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree or 2 years of college in Criminal Justice, Park Management, Psychology, Sociology, or related field preferred. Licenses and Certifications: Class A Peace Officer Standards and Training License, CPR certification.
