Responsibilities: Manages the work order system and vendors for the Facilities Department, including maintaining records and contracts, coordinating projects, and tracking the department's capital equipment replacement plan. Works closely with the administrative staff and provides general support to all divisional supervisors.

Status: Full-time, non-exempt, benefited

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and five years of administrative support/office management experience, preferably in a customer service area; familiarity with computer software programs.

Starting Hourly Salary Range: $18.95 - $20.14 per hour
