Description We are seeking a Property Administrator to join us in Columbia, Maryland, 21045, United States. As a part of our team, your role will involve managing communication with tenants, providing customer service, interfacing with engineers regarding work orders, and offering basic accounting support. This role is in the real estate industry, specifically involving medical office properties. This is a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain communication channels with tenants via phone and email

• Deliver high-quality customer service to resolve inquiries and issues

• Coordinate with engineers to manage and execute work orders

• Perform basic accounting tasks, including reviewing accounts receivable and submitting collection notes in the system

• Utilize your background in property management to support various managers

• Leverage your proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office to manage property-related tasks

• Handle commercial leasing and property management tasks, working closely with tenants

• Provide support for commercial property management and real estate leases. Requirements • Proven experience in Commercial Leasing and Commercial Property Management.

• Proficient skills as a Leasing Consultant.

• Familiar with Yardi property management software.

• Exceptional Customer Service abilities.

• Experience in handling Work Orders.

• Knowledgeable about Real Estate Leases.

• Demonstrable skills in Tenant management.
