We are looking for a safety conscience, reliable applicant who thrives working around wood and understands the lumber industry or wants to learn. The Forklift Equipment Operator will operate forklifts to move lumber, dunnage, parts, supplies and machinery and move finished lumber units from the Planer to the shipping yard inventory.  Pay: Starting at $22.55/hourSchedule: Day Shift - 4/10’s - 5:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 10 1/2hr shift ½ unpaid lunch, this shift rotates out one day off during the week and every month ends up with a 4-day weekend  Essential Functions and Duties:Operates forklift to move lumber units Accurately place lumber units in inventory yardHelp transport lumber, sticker racks, and cleanup carts to and from the planerCommunicate effectively with other employees and ForemenMaintains a clean work area dailyQualifications:Forklift experience preferredAble to physically perform labor positionAble to take directions and work independently and safelyGet in touch!
