Responsibilities:

Conduct quality assurance/software testing during new feature development and regression test cycles.

Evaluate, recommend, and implement test plans and procedures

Provide technical (software and systems) support during beta testing.

Provide feedback to software development staff regarding usability, workflows, and capabilities

Design, develop, and maintain test scripts to automate testing process

Develop training materials and train users.

Provide Subject Matter Expert for various programs and communication capabilities to various technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Qualifications:

US citizenship with an active Secret clearance.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems engineering, or related field. 4 additional years of experience may be substituted for a degree.

5+ years of experience with Software Testing and Evaluation.

Ability to utilize critical thinking to solve complex problems and excellent oral and written communication skills to include active listening will support the innovative growth of Maxar's products and services to this U.S. Government customer.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in intelligence data collection, planning, and exploitation.

Experience as a trainer and/or subject matter expert.

Working knowledge of the various components and missions within the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense.

Field exercise planning and execution.

Understanding of wireless communications protocols.

Python.

Knowledge of desktop publishing software (Adobe Suite, Robohelp, etc.).

Understanding of Agile methodologies, specifically frequent, iterative releases that rely on user feedback to refine features over time.

Exposure to GIS technologies.

Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate's unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:$71,000.00 - $117,000.00 annually.
