Hourly Rate : $11.79 plus tips

Position Overview:

Restaurant servers are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. The right person will gain menu knowledge, give recommendations from our compilation of cuisine, and drink offerings. A Hyatt restaurant server will engage in casual conversation and create the restaurant experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general restaurant preparation and maintaining a sanitary environment.

Job Functions & Responsibilities :

  • Warmly greeting guests and making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.

  • Taking orders with a smile and ensuring accuracy to meet our guests’ preferences.

  • Serving delicious food and refreshing drinks promptly and professionally.

  • Ensuring guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and providing attentive service.

  • Maintaining hygiene and safety standards to create a clean and safe dining environment.

  • Keeping your station organized and ready for the next guest.

  • Handling cash and payments efficiently and accurately.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A friendly and approachable personality with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
