The Retail Supervisor coordinates a team of employees at an assigned location under the direction of the destination?s Retail Manager and Operations Manager. Responsible for interactions between management, guests, employees, and vendors.

This position will be working on A team - Wednesday (rotating), Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 6:30am to 8:30pm with two 30-minute breaks (meals provided).

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19.00 to $19.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant?s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

If hired, employee will be in an ?at-will position? and Aramark reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time AND FOR ANY REASON, including, BUT NOT LIMITED TO for reasons related to individual performance, Aramark or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain the highest standards of operations regarding store merchandising, cleanliness, and overall appearance of the interior and exterior of the store.

  • Supervises the receiving of incoming merchandise.

  • Assigns daily tasks and ensures tasks are performed correctly and in a timely manner, while maintaining high standards of customer service

  • Coordinates the moving of incoming merchandise to storage area(s) and/or display floor.

  • Ensures correct pricing on all products on the floor.

  • Maintains customer service standards.

  • Responsible for the recording of damaged merchandise.

  • Works with team members to facilitate the stocking of the floor with appropriate levels of merchandise.

  • Communicates with the manager to ensure all received products are placed on the retail floor as soon as possible.

  • Follows through with information to team members on new products or procedures.

  • Conducts periodic inventory count based on schedule established by controller and retail buyer.

  • Trains new hires on Point of Service (POS) system, overall safety, and job responsibilities.

  • Act as the Cash Controller, ensuring accurate cash records and reconciliations are performed and all cash handling guidelines are followed.

  • Respond to operational issues during the shift, notifying the Manager of equipment outages.

  • Complete operational directives such as operational checklists and logs.

Qualifications

  • Great customer service and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

  • Ability to work in a team environment.

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

  • Requires frequent lifting/transporting retail items up and down stairs.

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
