Front Range Staffing is currently in search of a Payroll Coordinator/Assistant with 2 years of experience for a Tax and Accounting Firm Colorado Springs.

Hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Pay starts at $20hr.

As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for a multitude of clients. This role involves meticulous attention to detail, compliance with regulatory requirements, quarterly reporting, and resolution of payroll discrepancies. Familiarity with QuickBooks is a necessity in this role.

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience: Process payroll for multiple clients accurately and within specified deadlines. Verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies. Calculate wages, deductions, and withholdings, including taxes. Prepare and distribute payroll reports to clients. Conduct quarterly reporting, tax filings, and compliance checks. Reconcile payroll discrepancies promptly and efficiently. Utilize QuickBooks for payroll processing and reporting. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally. Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multi-client environment. Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in payroll software and systems such as QuickBooks, ADP, or Paychex. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
