Front Range Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor with 5 to 10 years' experience in a manufacturing facility for immediate hire in Colorado Springs.

Pay starts between $60,000 to $83,000, depending on experience. Hours are 6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday, with potential for overtime as needed.

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience: 5-10 years' experience as a Manufacturing Machine and Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, FDA regulated Manufacturing or cGMP manufacturing environment required. Experience developing and implementing preventive and corrective machine maintenance programs and facilities maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and optimal operational efficiency. Experience scheduling assignments in accordance with GMP standards and manufacturing schedules, including scheduling staff based on production volume and forecasting, to ensure compliance and efficient production processes Understand manufacturing, bottling machinery, packaging equipment, motors, conveyor systems, and production machines with strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment. Provide assistance with departmental budget estimation of specific repair projects and inventory including tools, supplies, parts, and essential equipment required for job duties. Provide guidance, training and support in developing the technical capabilities of experienced and new production staff. Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance on facility, manufacturing and packing line equipment and escalate serious concern Complete all paperwork neatly and accurately; including batch records, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), equipment logs, work orders, and other forms as needed. Must have excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills and must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Ability to wear required PPE: facemask, gown, hair net, gloves, foot covers.
