Description

Actively looking for someone who is able to handle a lot of data entry, taking orders from customers over the phone, entering information in a Patient Database. Receiving and handling of all incoming referrals and orders per HIPPA regulations, including but not limited to:

o Patient Demographics

o Emergency Contact Information

o Insurance Information and Verification

o Physician Information

o Diagnosis

o Billing Information

5-20 inbound calls/day

20 outbound calls/day

Will also need to greet customers if they come in to the office, not a lot of foot traffic but there are walk-ins.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school Diploma or GED

At least 6mo of customer service or office work environment

At least 6mo experience working in the medical field

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00
