Vectrus GMS Change Management and Field Pricing Lead in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Overview

As a Field Pricing and Change Management Lead at V2X, you will play a crucial role in driving and managing organizational change initiatives and overseeing pricing efforts for Global Mission Support CONUS programs. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure the successful implementation of change strategies, compliance reviews, BOE development sessions, contract negotiations, and tracking the overall change management process for all field proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support V2X's organizational objectives.

  • Lead and guide cross-functional teams in executing change initiatives ensuring alignment with company goals.

  • Identify potential risks and challenges associated with change and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Oversee the creation and delivery of change management communications to stakeholders ensuring clarity and consistency.

  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees throughout the change process, promoting a positive and resilient organizational culture.

  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, capturing feedback and making necessary adjustments.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns and address them effectively.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in change management.

  • Perform and oversee pricing efforts, ensuring accurate and fair pricing for field services.

  • Effectively works with Program Teams to obtain and finalize necessary information to prepare field proposals.

  • Understand current contracts and requirements and build up change order proposals accordingly.

  • Track compliance reviews, conduct BOE development sessions with program teams, and manage final negotiations with contracts and customers.

  • Other duties as assigned and or directed by management.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in change management or a related role.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex organizational change initiatives.

  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

  • Knowledge of field service pricing models and industry practices.

  • Experience with compliance reviews, BOE development, and contract negotiations.

  • Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Professional certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).

  • Experience in the defense or government contracting industry.

  • Skills & Technology Used

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing circumstances.

  • Proficient with PC computer platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • The successful candidate’s starting pay will be based on, but not limited to, their job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

  • The following salary range is intended to display the value of the company’s base pay compensation and may be modified at the discretion of the company.

  • USD $ 75,000 - 130,000

  • Provided salary range minimum and maximum values correspond to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
