Front Range Staffing is seeking Part-time Outbound Phone Sales/ Customer Service Representative with 1+ years' experience. Must be able to start ASAP.

Pay starts at $18hr with potential for commission. The hours are 20 hours a week, flexible between the hours of 8am to 4pm. Monday through Friday.

This position will be calling coffee shops, barista's, restaurants and businesses to promote coffee products. Wil be scheduling appointments, following up on website leads, and tracking progress.

An ideal candidate for this company would possess the following skills and experience:

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is preferred. Proactive, enthusiastic, and skilled in both customer service and sales activities. Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls to introduce our products/services and generate sales opportunities. Diligently follow up on leads, maintain detailed records of interactions, and track progress towards sales goals. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tracking tools. Comfortable with making cold calls. Conduct research on local businesses and market trends to identify potential sales opportunities and stay informed about the competition. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and marketing materials. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
