Position: Customer Counter Associate

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Shift: 2:30pm-7:30pm

Pay Range: $12.55 -$14.66 * Based on experience.

What's the job?

• Greeting customers with a smile and providing excellent service.

• Inspecting shipments and shipping documents for accuracy.

• Assisting with general support responsibilities.

• Organizing packages in the warehouse.

• Researching and locating packages as needed.

What's needed?

• Intermediate level of customer service skills.

• Ability to thrive in a warehouse environment.

• Strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification or experience in customer service.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations.
