This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assembler at OLSON's Colorado Springs location, with flexibility for remote work. The Assembler will be responsible for constructing various electrical control products, following assembly instructions, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean workspace. The role involves working collaboratively with the production team to meet quality and production goals.

Qualifications

Experience with electrical assembly, wiring, and soldering Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and drawings Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools Attention to detail and quality control Strong teamwork and communication skills Basic mathematical skills Ability to lift and move heavy objects Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
