At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do.  We are seeking an Operations Manager to join our team at our program in Sharon Hill (Delaware County) and Colmar (Montgomery), PA.  Earn $70,000-$75,000/year based on education and experience.   Position Details   Under the supervision of the Operations Director, the Operations Manager this will have administrative and supervisory responsibilities and work in close collaboration with the Outpatient Clinics in Colmar and Sharon Hill, PA, to ensure sustainability of operational and business practices within a clinical setting.  This position requires expertise in administrative and organization workplace policies along with supervisory responsibilities and strong leadership skills. A working background in clinical work with clients and experience working with mental health populations is necessary.
