Our client, a well-known energy management company, is urgently looking to add a HR Representative to join their team onsite in Oxford, OH!

* This is a 12 month contract on W2 offering a full benefits package *.

This person will be required to work onsite at their manufacturing plant in Oxford, OH from 8am-5pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

Description:

• Maintains and processes a variety of confidential records including personnel files, payroll changes, employment data, etc.

• Gathers information, prepares reports and processes various applications, employment, enrollment, pay changes and informational/confidential forms and records.

• Supports with local site HR and company programs

• Provide virtual HR support to employees and other HR team members

• May conduct and summarize internal and external surveys to gather information for policy development and planning.

• Assist with employee communications

• Partners with external vendor to ensure legal compliance on federal / state reporting (i.e., equal opportunity, affirmative action, etc)

Qualifications

• 3-5 years professional experience in a HR-related role

• Bachelors' degree in HR or related field preferred

• Highly organized

• Strong communication skills

• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel

• Ability to learn new IS systems quickly

• Strong customer service & problem-solving skills

• Ability to maintain confidentially
