Job Title: Process Technician - 3rd Shift

Job Description

The Maintenance Technicians will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of all plant equipment, buildings, and grounds. Key duties include performing mold changes, observing mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble, dismantling devices to access and remove defective parts, inspecting used parts for dimensional changes, adjusting functional parts of devices and control instruments, and repairing or replacing defective parts. Additional responsibilities involve lubricating and cleaning machines, starting machines to test their performance, repairing electrical equipment and control systems, maintaining records in compliance with applicable quality procedures, conducting plant-wide safety checks on equipment, and completing maintenance request forms. Technicians will also be responsible for completing preventive maintenance and PM books, following safety standards and procedures according to OSHA and ANSI regulations, completing requisitions for maintenance items needed to repair equipment, and ensuring timely completion of all maintenance repairs to machinery and equipment. Repair and PM all auxiliary equipment and tag with a completed tag.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Clyde, Ohio.

Work Environment

This is a non-climate controlled environment. The shifts are Monday through Friday and they are working Saturdays right now. The third shift runs from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM and offers a $2 shift differential.
