JOB DESCRIPTION: We have an outstanding remote career opportunity for a successful Inside Sales Representative. This individual will be responsible for driving software and SaaS revenue. This is an excellent opportunity for an aggressive, high-energy sales professional in a rapidly growing organization. You will work closely with our ISR manager and fellow sales professionals to develop leads, create quotes, and sell our cyber resilience platform and services to both new and existing customers. Must have the ability to articulate an in-depth discussion, starting from understanding the end user's environment, current challenges/goals, and align with Commvault SW/SaaS solutions to those challenges/goals including a financial and strategic value proposition. Position Responsibilities Up-sell to existing customers (displacements and new product sales) within a specific set of named accounts Exceed quarterly and annual sales/bookings targets and maximize short term revenue Build and maintain a constant/future revenue pipeline Meet /exceed core sales metrics and update/maintain customer database Create strong business relationships with prospects, existing customers and channel partners Keep knowledge up to date of the market and meet training targets to maintain a thorough understanding of Commvault products, process and promotions to provide the highest levels of sales support Work with marketing to drive campaigns into specific market segments Position Requirements BA/BS Degree or equivalent professional sales experience An energetic self-starter who is pro-active in increasing sales revenue Results-driven with strong analytical skills and committed to creating new business opportunities Minimum of 3+ years related software/SaaS selling experience Must exhibit sound oral expression and comprehension, negotiation, listening, and reasoning skills Proven time and account management skills, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills You must have a history of success in selling software/SaaS platforms and have experience selling within the local partner ecosystem.
