As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Financial Planning & Analysis Manager with detailed financial analysis and forecasting activities, provide analytical insight, strategic planning, and execution support to ensure profitable growth of the manufacturing activities and improve cash flow. This includes support in preparation for business reviews, POR (forecasts), quarterly, mid-year and budget reviews.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Establish consistent process in gathering data for Power Electronics.

  • Consolidate Actual P&Ls from the regions and analyze deltas vs plan.

  • Complete monthly bowler charts and reports.

  • Work with the regions in putting together QCR, AOP and LRP.

  • Support regional finance in understanding and analyzing data.

  • Analyze product mix of the Power Electronics platform.

  • Manage headcount and SG&A budgets.

  • Manage intercompany allocations.

  • Prepare Asset Requisition package.

  • Provides audit support.

  • Provides support, as required, for controlling activities, expenses allocations, projects financial performance reviews.

Who You Are:

You understand the meaning and implications of key financial indicators. You adapt quickly to changing conditions. You create and implement plans that allocate resources precisely.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Relevant university degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience in finance analysis.

  • Relevant accounting background US and/or RO Generally Accepted Accounting Principles knowledge.

  • Strong Microsoft Office package knowledge (Excel, Power Point).

  • Strong financial savvy with demonstrated analytical ability.

  • Proactive, ethical, and hard-working individual ready to contribute to a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work with multiple regions.

  • Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Working with Oracle and/or HFM.
