Emerson Project Administrator in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

As our Project Administrator, you will ensure accurate project administration through data quality and accuracy in business systems by collaborating closely with project collaborators, supporting European project managers with project data and progress reporting, or with project administration tasks.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Be actively involved in meetings related to assigned projects (sales handover, kick-off, progress).

  • Collaborate closely with European project managers to ensure project financial maintenance and ensure Project Invoicing by following up on invoicing achievements.

  • Support Project Managers with project Change Management and ensure project setup in Emerson Systems (Oracle and Clarity Toolbox).

  • Align Project information in systems with information in Project Documents and Generate standard project reports.

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and other departments.

  • Develop and maintain a sound knowledge of Process Systems and Solutions products and services.

  • Creation of the report after which the budget is allocated for the establishment of revenues and costs within the Time & Expense projects;

  • It is ensured that the project is accurately configured in the system, and the financial plans are registered and updated accordingly in the financial system;

  • Offers support in cost planning, estimates, resource management and documentation for iCenter projects;

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • University Degree or relevant experience that qualifies you for the role

  • Previous experience in an administrative, customer support role.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Excellent English language skills (read/written/spoken).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Experience working on projects.

  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or any similar ERP system.

  • Second language would be a plus
