We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to join our Global Power Electronics team.

Reporting to the Vice President Global Power Electronics, the Program Manager will be responsible for successfully delivering strategic New Product launches. Through the leadership of cross-functional teams, the Program Manager will execute programs through the Phase-Gate process with an emphasis on meeting customer requirements and specifications, hitting program financial targets, and achieving time to market goals.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Operations as the leader of cross-functional initiatives.

  • Lead cross-functional teams through New Product Development initiatives to deliver leading edge technology.

  • Guide development through the Phase-Gate process (for drive/power electronics platforms).

  • Facilitate global collaboration with respect to specific development initiatives.

  • Develop and execute project schedules, project scope, financial targets including costs, and risk mitigation plans.

  • Lead process improvement initiatives for the organization.

  • Focus efforts on improving product development metrics such as Time to Market.

  • Prepare and deliver executive presentations (internally and externally) regarding specific product launches.

  • Utilize and continuously improve upon lean methodology for product development.

Who You Are:

You are diligent in ensuring the accountability of team members, consistently monitoring progress through regular dialogues about work and results. With a clear sense of ownership, you actively partner with others to complete tasks. Your approach to accomplishing work through your project teams sets a high standard for collaboration, as you skillfully balance the inputs of all team members to alleviate project roadblocks. Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and complexity in your project assignments, you effectively plan and align within the team to ensure all objectives are met.

For This Role You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or similar Technical field or an MBA with equivalent experience.

  • 3 years’ experience in project management, product development, or similar multi-functional leadership role.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and presentation.

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Strong project management skills.

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work both with teams and independently.

  • Good mastering of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).

  • Strong leadership skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills to enable interaction with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and customers.
