Emerson Internship HR Operations in CLUJ NAPOCA, Romania

We are looking for a HR Operations intern to join our team in Cluj Napoca!

During this internship, you will be responsible for managing operational HR processes, such as updating and correlation of Oracle HCM information, manage processes related to public transportation, health, on call and teleworking benefits.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Weekly collection and submission of new memberships to the CTP transportation benefit on a weekly basis

  • Verification of attachments accompanying the monthly CTP transportation tax invoice, as well as cost breakdown

  • Updating monthly lists for the health benefit provider on company employees receiving health insurance, as well as preparing monthly health insurance benefit records for payroll.

  • Distributing voucher cards to be given to employees.

  • Scheduling new employees for occupational medicine medical check-ups.

  • Support the Onboarding program of new employees by providing the support and details in order to prepare the documents for hiring.

  • Accurately updating of information in files and systems used, regarding the company's employees.

  • Checking and correlating information from different systems and correlating them with those in the personnel file.

  • Preparing copies of personnel file documents for distribution.

  • Distributing and/or sorting the documents that are handed out to the employees, related to labor relations

  • Archiving work-related documents and other documents within the organization department.

  • Creating and updating forms used in HR processes, according to procedures internal procedures.

  • Supporting the implementation of new projects and programs.

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office

  • Proficiency in English

  • Higher education
