By joining our passionate, dynamic, and customer-focused finance team as a Hyperion Financial Management Functional Administrator, you will have a vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation and identification of operational improvements, to provide excellent financial service to Copeland.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Provide functional administration support for users of Financial Reporting, Consolidation, and Analytical systems.

  • Provide mentorship and communicate with end users’ concrete resolution of the issue in HFM applications in relation to the submission of the monthly financial statements and quarterly budgets.

  • Work with the technical team to monitor HFM system performance for constant availability to users and assess the need to report critical system issues to the user community.

  • Provision users on Hyperion Shared Services as per approved access request.

  • Assist in reviewing financial processes and proposing improvements using the available systems and tools in the organization.

  • Conduct classroom and online training for Europe and Asia users using standardized training materials and applications.

Who you are:

You have a strong drive for results and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You can efficiently process data, generate accurate, high-quality reports, and present results and findings. You can proficiently communicate and operate in a matrixed and multi-functional organization. You are interpersonally savvy and can collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics.

  • 2 years of relevant work experience in Finance, General Accounting, or Accounts Payable.

  • Proficiency in Office365 applications, especially Microsoft Excel with strong computer technical skills.

  • Solid understanding of ERP systems.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting.

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

  • Understanding of ERP systems: Oracle, SAP or Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
